“I actually encountered issues at first with other guests not following protocol and non-smoking rules. It bothered me because I specifically choose a non-smoking hotel sue to health concerns. I'm also here on business and felt slighted because the Corporation advertises as being "business friendly" but seemed like party central. Eventually my needs were accommodated and I'm very happy now. I know you can't control other people or equipment failures etc. but I felt it had to be addressed. They are alright with me! Management is top notch and did what was necessary to fix the situation. I Love It Here! Jason, Zyla', Crystal, Sheila, Pia, Dre and the Housekeeping staff get a 5 star rating from me ❤❤❤❤ I thank you personally. 🙏🏼”

“The main entrance is kind of obscure and not obvious. Lighting wasn't the best in the roof due to the location. But overall a nice stay. But the big ball drop was the tv in the sitting area, WHY THE HELL DOESN'T PIVOT!? Something so simple to make the experience better”
