“Na verdade, no início, encontrei problemas com outros hóspedes que não seguiram o protocolo e as regras de proibição de fumar. Isso me incomodou porque eu escolhi especificamente um processo de hotel não-fumante por questões de saúde. Também estou aqui a negócios e me senti desprezado porque a Corporação anuncia como sendo "favorável aos negócios", mas parecia o centro do partido. Eventualmente, minhas necessidades foram atendidas e estou muito feliz agora. Eu sei que você não pode controlar outras pessoas ou falhas de equipamento, etc., mas eu senti que isso tinha que ser resolvido. Eles estão bem comigo! A administração é excelente e fez o que era necessário para consertar a situação. Eu amo isso aqui!
