“The room is good, we got one with a decent view. It was amazing that there was a humidifier in the room. The dishwasher was terrible, we ended up having to wash everything by hand even after they were "washed" in the dishwasher. The showere head needs upgrading, but the sauna feature is great. The fireplace works amazing, much better than at other Westgate locations. The customer service was not as good as we were expecting, especially since they claim this location is more elite than the others. If this location were not on a ski mountain, it would not be "elite". We feel the Smokey Mountains location is more elite and the customer service there is amazing. I feel the workers here just couldn't be bothered to help us or answer our questions. We will be trying other resorts in the area next time we come as we didn't see anything special about this one that would make it stand out above the rest.”

“I would like to thank Laurie at the front desk who check me in our stay was very pleasant.
I’ll definitely be back as a travel agent they definitely did a great job we had a few mishaps on the spa section but that was wonderful as well.
The room was amazing the views of the mountains are breathtaking. The only thing is the swimming pool can definitely be hotter it was cold. But the jacuzzi was perfect.”
