I would like to thank Laurie at the front desk who check me in our stay was very pleasant. I’ll definitely be back as a travel agent they definitely did a great job we had a few mishaps on the spa section but that was wonderful as well. The room was amazing the views of the mountains are breathtaking. The only thing is the swimming pool can definitely be hotter it was cold. But the jacuzzi was perfect.

The room is good, we got one with a decent view. It was amazing that there was a humidifier in the room. The dishwasher was terrible, we ended up having to wash everything by hand even after they were "washed" in the dishwasher. The showere head needs upgrading, but the sauna feature is great. The fireplace works amazing, much better than at other Westgate locations. The customer service was not as good as we were expecting, especially since they claim this location is more elite than the others. If this location were not on a ski mountain, it would not be "elite". We feel the Smokey Mountains location is more elite and the customer service there is amazing. I feel the workers here just couldn't be bothered to help us or answer our questions. We will be trying other resorts in the area next time we come as we didn't see anything special about this one that would make it stand out above the rest.

Place to be if you ski! Lift right on property easy access. Can't beat the location. Rooms are comfty although a bit aged. Entire staff friendly and efficient. Lobby under construction but there's check in trailer out front. Be aware of sloped sidewalk near entrance...not good for ankles.

It's nice but made weird to where you have to take one elevator from the parking lot and then another elevator to get to your room. Also, there isn't enough parking. The employees have been very nice and helpful. Our room was extremely clean.

This is one of my favorite Westgate Resort facilities. It is beautiful and well maintained. The main reception lobby is currently being renovated but the temporary reception trailer is in the driveway across from it. Check-in was fast and easy. We used the indoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna and steam room tonight and will sleep well tonight in our comfortable beds. The rooms are very nice and there is a hot tub or jacuzzi in them. Our suite has a steam bath in the shower. Full kitchen, balcony patio, television in each bedroom, plus the loving room. Wet bar, washer and dryer and even a gas fireplace that turns on with a switch. We love the Elk Lodge decor, and its convenient proximity to the full blown game arcade. Drafts Beer Bar is down the hall from our room serving a great menu of bar and grill items. The is a small Market Place that is well stocked with items you might have forgotten. A Farmers Market is down the hill every Wednesday from 11AM to 5PM. I highly recommend Westgate Park City Resort for a great vacation in Utah.
